I brought my 15 year old Toyota Prius in to analyze whether or not I should keep the vehicle or replace it. The apparent extensive diagnostic was impressive. My "brakes" "traction control" & "ABS" lights were on! They told me it was not my ABS unit & told me $2,600 would fix the brakes & I thought "I'll keep the car" because that wasn't too much! Less than 12 hours after picking up the car all the lights were back as well as the grinding noise! They bled the brakes several times but again less than 24 hours the lights & grinding were back! Now they thought the ABS might be going bad??!! But they said the brakes were safe. After taking it back the 3rd time they said the accumulator was bad & it would be $3,500 to fix it! This was exactly the position I want ed to avoid! $6,100 and I shouldn't have kept the car! I was referred to the owner who I told this was exactly the "good money after bad" position I was trying to avoid! The extremely unprofessional owner hung up on me intentionally 3 times! I wasn't yelling (or screaming obscenities) like I wanted to but the owning said he wouldn't help at all & hung up on me! One of his other employees thought he would help too by the way! Mayb

I was originally a customer of the location in Moraine and decided to try this one as it is closer to my house. I have brought my car in 4/5 times for an issue of my tire pressure light coming on and everytime I have brought it I have had to bring it right back as the light would come back on within the next day or week. I shouldnβt have to bring my car in more than 3 times to fix one issue. The customer service is great, including the owner who fixed my car personally and then drove it back to my house for me, but I would be weary recommending these mechanics to anybody who values their time not being wasted.

This was my first time having services done and it was an awesome experience. Made me feel right at home as I'm from the south. The hospitality and customer service was second to none. They put in a brand new transmission and I am more than satisfied with their work. Great job team!

I recently brought my 2014 Ford Focus to Dixon's for an intermittent no start issue that had been leaving me stranded and that two other shops had been unable to resolve. Zach was my point of contact throughout the process and was thorough, professional and took the time to document all findings with photos and detailed notes. The team was able to identify a blown fuse in the smart junction box connected to the Body Control Module that had been causing my starting issues β something that had gone undetected elsewhere. They also performed a comprehensive inspection and identified other maintenance items that will require my attention in the future. It's too early to give a full assessment since I'm still in the wait and see stage, but based on my first experience I feel confident I've found a trustworthy and reliable service center! I'll update this review once everything is confirmed resolved.
